About the Head of Client Services – Nepal Job Vacancies for Sri Lankans 2022
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Master’s degree or professional qualification in related field is desired.
- 15+ years of IT and Software industry, of which 10+ in managing or engaging with clients directly.
- Strong business acumen skills and customer-oriented service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to manage change, effective leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive a common vision and culture across the team.
- Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels.
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, regulators across public and private sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the client relationships and the service levels are kept to an optimum.
- Accountable to maintain high CSAT at engagement levels.
- Draw insights from CSAT and other related surveys to drive improvements.
- Obtain key insights from existing customers to formulate the account management strategy and opportunity for growth.
- Develop stakeholder management strategy and action plans
- Intermediary between client and ADL to resolve any engagement-level disputes and grievances.
- Be involved in negotiations for new business engagements
- Forecast, track on key client-level metrics and action plans to sustain/grow the business
- Conduct CXO-level steer co.
- Contribute to BD and country team in developing business plans
- Support in pre-sale activities
- Responsible for meeting the set revenue targets.
- Build a strong synergy with rest of the client services function and contribute to continuous improvement.
- End-to-end management and accountability for client engagement and client satisfaction
- Establish process and mechanisms to constantly capture client requirements, update and upgrade service and product delivery.
