Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Promotor Penjualan Produk Konsumen. In this role, you will serve as the face of our consumer product promotion campaign, distributing informational brochures and collecting donations at strategic community locations such as mosques and gas stations (SPBU). This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with the public, have a keen eye for detail, and are motivated by contributing to a meaningful cause while gaining hands‑on sales experience.

Responsibilities

Report to the assigned location (mosque, SPBU, or other designated site) according to the selected shift schedule.
Retrieve the prepared donation brochures, ensuring each includes the small envelope attached to the back for contributions.
Set up a clean and visible presence at the pre‑determined strategic point, maintaining a professional appearance throughout the shift.
Distribute brochures to customers, worshippers, or passers‑by in a courteous, friendly, and persuasive manner, clearly explaining the purpose of the campaign.
Collect donations placed in the daily collection box, handling cash and envelopes with integrity and accuracy.
Record the total amount of donations received each day and submit a concise report to the field coordinator before the end of the shift.
Maintain an inventory log of brochures and envelopes, notifying supervisors when supplies need replenishment.
Observe and enforce any venue‑specific rules (e.g., quiet hours at a mosque) while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.
Provide feedback on customer reactions and suggest improvements to promotional materials based on on‑site observations.
Adhere to the standard working hours of 08:00‑17:00, Monday through Sunday, and be flexible to work additional shifts when required.

Requirements

Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
Open to all genders; no age limit.
No prior work experience required; fresh candidates are welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage politely with a diverse public.
Basic data analysis capability to interpret daily donation figures and present them clearly.
Reliability and punctuality to meet daily reporting deadlines.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move between locations within the shift.
Honesty and trustworthiness in handling cash and confidential information.
Basic literacy in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus.
