Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes.
Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and flavor notes to guide customers in making informed choices.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely, performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure consistent product quality.
Provide friendly, attentive service, taking orders accurately, handling payments, and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism.
Manage inventory levels, receive deliveries, and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and ancillary supplies while minimizing waste.
Uphold strict sanitation and food safety standards, performing daily cleaning tasks, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations.
Collaborate with team members to create a smooth workflow during peak hours, and assist in training new staff on barista techniques and service standards.
Handle high‑pressure situations calmly, ensuring speed and accuracy without compromising quality.
Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, seasonal promotions, and community events to boost store visibility and sales.

Requirements

Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of proven experience working as a Barista in a café, coffee shop, or similar hospitality setting.
Strong communication skills; ability to engage with customers in a courteous and personable manner.
Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility toward both tasks and team dynamics.
Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Resilience under pressure; ability to maintain composure during busy periods while delivering consistent service.
Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tracking.
Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shift hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
