Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our Academic Bureau as a Staff Member for Academic and Curriculum Development. This pivotal role supports the university’s mission to deliver high‑quality education by ensuring that all academic data is accurate, well‑organized, and readily available for decision‑making. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty, administrators, and IT teams to streamline data processes, uphold rigorous standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our curriculum.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precise entry of student, faculty, and program data into the university’s information systems.
  • Analyze academic datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for curriculum enhancement.
  • Conduct thorough verification and validation of academic records, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute a variety of administrative documents, including memos, official letters, and detailed reports.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date curriculum documentation, supporting the development and revision of course outlines and program structures.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to test, implement, and troubleshoot new data‑management tools and learning‑management systems.
  • Provide timely responses to faculty and student inquiries regarding academic data and curriculum policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of accreditation submissions and internal audit materials.
  • Support project teams by generating data visualizations and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Continuously seek process‑improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in academic administration, data entry, or curriculum support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; ability to learn new information‑system platforms quickly.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail with proven capability to analyze and verify complex data sets.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Personal Attributes: Initiative, integrity, reliability, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Working Hours: Monday‑Friday, 14:00 – 22:00.
