Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock replenishment, and assist with receiving deliveries.
- Operate the store’s computer systems, including sales registers, inventory software, and the Sistem Manajemen Toko platform.
- Create and schedule engaging content for the store’s social media channels to promote new arrivals, sales events, and community initiatives.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and visual merchandising trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, dress code, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders and ages; no specific age limit.
- No prior work experience required – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Personal qualities: honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- Basic understanding of store management systems is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
