Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Helper Cook – Pendukung Tim Dapur Operasional to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities
- Assist senior cooks in preparing and portioning ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely, including slicers, mixers, ovens, and steamers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation by washing, chopping, and storing food items according to hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of pantry staples, report shortages, and help restock supplies.
- Support the plating and garnishing process to ensure dishes meet presentation guidelines.
- Dispose of waste properly and adhere to food‑safety protocols to prevent cross‑contamination.
- Collaborate with team members during peak service periods to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Participate in routine kitchen deep‑cleaning, equipment sanitization, and daily closing procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.
