Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Credit Marketing Officer – Surveyor to join our growing team in Tanjung Selor, Kalimantan. The successful candidate will work closely with distribution channels, dealers, and end‑customers, driving sales while maintaining rigorous credit assessment standards.

Responsibilities
- Proactively promote and sell the company’s credit and financing products to both existing customers and new prospects across the Tanjung Selor market.
- Identify and secure orders from distribution channels, gathering initial customer data and conducting thorough verification processes.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status, conditions, and next steps.
- Communicate essential information such as payment due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to customers, fostering transparency and trust.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and risk management teams to resolve any issues that arise during the credit evaluation process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and credit documentation using the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct field visits to dealers and customers as needed, providing on‑site assistance and strengthening relationships.
- Assist in market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and potential new customer segments for future product development.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – graduates from any discipline are welcome.
- Age limit: maximum 29 years.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar credit or sales role is considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and ownership of a personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or loan management systems is a plus.
