Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team at KJ Mega Store located in Sampit, Central Kalimantan. This role is the front‑line of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional service to shoppers both in‑store and online. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with a friendly demeanor, capable of handling a fast‑paced retail environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries in person, via phone, or through digital channels, ensuring each interaction follows company SOPs.
- Resolve customer complaints calmly and efficiently, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Inform shoppers about current promotions, special offers, and discount programs, driving sales and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Process and manage administrative tasks related to product deliveries, including order entry, shipping documentation, and follow‑up with logistics partners.
- Create, curate, and upload daily Instagram Stories that showcase new arrivals, promotions, and store events to boost online engagement.
- Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain (SC) team and Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) to ensure seamless purchasing and timely delivery of merchandise.
- Collaborate with warehouse administrators to schedule deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and confirm order fulfillment.
- Monitor store CCTV systems to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Announce in‑store promotions and important information, fostering an energetic atmosphere for customers.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting, data entry, and communication.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a front‑line customer service or retail role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints with composure and empathy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language skills are a plus).
- Proven multitasking abilities – able to juggle customer interaction, administrative duties, and social‑media content creation simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Flexible work schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:30 – 15:30, with occasional overtime during peak promotional periods.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with supply chain, warehouse, and marketing personnel.
