Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Minuman Kafe, your duties will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of coffee products, including origin, roast level, and brewing methods
• Participating in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency during peak periods
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives

In addition to these technical skills, you will also be expected to demonstrate excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure is essential.

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 30 tahun

• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 tahun, tetapi pengalaman kerja di bidang tersebut sangat diutamakan
• Keterampilan Barista
