Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Makanan, your primary responsibilities will include taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, handling customer payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to make recommendations and answer customer questions
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive team environment
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our customers
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• Age between 18-25 years old
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to support and assist colleagues as needed
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy environment
• No drama, with a positive and professional attitude
