We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator Hukum to join our team. As a key member of our legal administration team, you will be responsible for managing the company’s legal administration, reviewing contract documents, and handling various company certifications and documents. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

  • Mengelola administrasi legal perusahaan (Managing the company’s legal administration)
  • Melakukan Review Dokumen Kontrak (Reviewing contract documents)
  • Mengurus sertifikat izin Postel dan dokumen perusahaan lainnya (Handling Postel certification and other company documents)
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team
  • Conducting research and analysis on legal matters
  • Developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements

In addition to these technical responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also possess excellent soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, and time management. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines is essential.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal Sarjana S1 (diutamakan Lulusan Fakultas Hukum) (Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field)
  • Wanita, usia 25-35 Tahun (Female, aged 25-35 years)
  • Berpengalaman dalam mengerjakan kontrak (Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration)
  • Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris Aktif (Fluency in English)
  • Skills: Administrasi, Hukum Administrasi, Etika Bisnis, Analisis Kepatuhan, Audit Kepatuhan, Administrasi Kontrak, Analisis Kontrak, Evaluasi Kontrak, Hukum Keuangan, Hukum Ketenagakerjaan, Hukum Hubungan Kerja, Analisis Kebijakan Hukum, Analisis Statistik

In terms of industry context, the successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of Indonesian law and regulations, as well as international best practices in contract administration and compliance.
