Bidan

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bidan to join our team. As a Bidan, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. Responsibilities

As a Bidan, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including prenatal, postnatal, and reproductive health care. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting prenatal and postnatal check-ups to ensure the health and well-being of mothers and babies
• Providing reproductive health education and counseling to patients
• Assisting with deliveries and post-delivery care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in healthcare, particularly in the field of midwifery

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for a Bidan who possesses excellent soft skills, including strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and be adaptable to changing situations and priorities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal D3/D4 in Midwifery or a related field
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from candidates of all ages)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (we are an equal opportunities employer)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from newly qualified Bidans, as well as those with experience)
• STR Aktif (active registration as a midwife)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing situations and priorities
