Petugas Kasir

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petugas Kasir (Cashier) to join our team. Responsibilities

As a Petugas Kasir, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the sales and payment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Assisting customers with product information, making recommendations, and promoting sales
• Opening and closing the store, including preparing the cash register, counting change, and securing the premises
• Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Maintaining a high level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in all aspects of the role

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets, maintain store appearance, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (high school diploma or equivalent)
• Maximum age: 25 years old (for female candidates)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a related role
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Residence in Jambi (local candidates preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems
