Responsibilities

As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.

Some of the specific duties and responsibilities of the role include:

• Handling customer transactions and providing change when necessary
• Operating a point-of-sale system and managing cash handling procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding areas
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries and concerns
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications, including:

• Minimum education level of SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and productive work culture
