Teknisi Jaringan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teknisi Jaringan to join our team. As a network technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining our network infrastructure, including fiber optic and wireless systems. Responsibilities

As a Teknisi Jaringan, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Installing and configuring network devices, including routers, modems, and access points
• Configuring IP, subnet, DNS, gateway, and network systems
• Troubleshooting network issues and performing repairs as needed
• Conducting site surveys and installations of fiber optic and wireless systems
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless network operations
• Preparing reports and documentation of network activities and technical issues
• Providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders

In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will also be expected to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders, and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum D3/D4 degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, electronics, or telecommunications
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of network protocols and technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments, as needed
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
