SPG/SPB Cat

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SPG/SPB Cat to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Danapaint products in assigned retail stores. Responsibilities

As an SPG/SPB Cat, your primary responsibility will be to increase sales of Danapaint products in your assigned store. This will involve building strong relationships with store staff, salesmen, and potential customers, as well as maintaining a high level of product knowledge and communicating the benefits of our products to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our product displays, performing daily maintenance on our tinting machines, and following up with existing and new customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Meningkatkan penjualan produk Danapaint di toko tempatnya bertugas
• Membuat laporan penjualan harian, mingguan dan bulanan
• Memenuhi target penjualan per bulan
• Menjaga kerapihan dan kebersihan display product
• Melakukan perawatan harian mesin tinting cat
• Follow up konsumen lama dan baru secara rutin
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan salesman, pihak toko dan calon pembeli
• Melakukan evaluasi untuk peningkatan penjualan dengan atasan

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the paint or building materials industry. You should also have a strong educational background, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Minimal pendidikan SMA/sederajat
• Usia Max 35 Tahun
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai SPG/SPB
• Berpengalaman di perusahaan cat/material building material lebih disukai
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Bersedia bekerja dengan target penjualan
• Bersedia ditempatkan di toko-toko di sekitar wilayah yang dibutuhkan
• Bersedia dirolling ke toko di wilayah lain sewaktu-waktu sekitarnya
• Bersedia ditempatkan pada perusahaan afiliasi
