Responsibilities

As a Guru Les Privat Anak Usia Dini, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality education to our students. Your key duties will include:

• Mengajar baca–tulis, calistung, dan pembelajaran dasar anak usia dini (teaching reading, writing, and basic learning skills to early childhood students)
• Membimbing siswa dengan metode belajar yang menyenangkan dan interaktif (guiding students with enjoyable and interactive learning methods)
• Memberikan laporan perkembangan belajar siswa kepada orang tua (providing progress reports to parents)
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development in students
• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
• Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and inclusive learning community

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (lebih disukai mahasiswa/Pendidikan PAUD/PGSD) (minimum high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a degree in early childhood education)
• Sabar, telaten, dan menyukai dunia anak-anak (patience, attentiveness, and a passion for working with children)
• Mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang positif dan menyenangkan (ability to create a positive and enjoyable learning environment)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar (ability to develop and improve teaching skills)
