Responsibilities

As a Guru Privat Anak, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality educational instruction to students of various ages, including Toddler, TK, and SD levels. You will be expected to create engaging and interactive lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide feedback to parents. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, fostering a love of learning and promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development in your students.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual students’ needs and learning styles
• Provide one-on-one instruction and support to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals
• Assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adjusting instruction accordingly
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and involving them in the learning process
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, including grades, attendance, and other relevant information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and personal qualities. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about education, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work effectively with children. Specifically, we require:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1 (Bachelor’s degree)
• Usia: Maksimal 28 Tahun (Maximum age: 28 years old)
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan (Female)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (No experience required, but experience working with children is an asset)
• Domisili Gresik Kota (Resident of Gresik City)
• Telaten dan Menyukai anak kecil (Patient and enjoy working with young children)
• Punya kendaraan pribadi (Own transportation)
• Ada waktu free pagi/sore/malam (Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings)
• Bersedia kontrak kerja 2th (Willing to commit to a 2-year contract)
