Responsibilities

As a Pengawas Restoran, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food and beverages
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Leading and motivating a team of staff to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
• Assisting with inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures
• Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives and promote the restaurant brand

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be willing to relocate to any location as required by the company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• No minimum age requirement, but you must be at least 18 years old to apply
• No minimum experience required, but experience in the restaurant, cafe, and pastry shop industry is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve high standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to relocate to any location as required by the company
