Responsibilities

As a Pengajar Study Camp, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality instruction and guidance to our students. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive lectures, and providing individualized support to students. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in your subject area and incorporate innovative teaching methods into your practice.

• Domisili Jabodetabek, with a strong understanding of the local education system and culture
• Senang mengajar dan berpengalaman, with a proven track record of teaching and mentoring students
• Menguasai materi dengan baik, with a deep understanding of the subject matter and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Mahasiswa PTS&PTN min semester 1, with a strong academic background and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Mampu mengajar persiapan SNBT – UTBK dan SIMAK UI, with experience in preparing students for standardized tests and exams

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also be expected to participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events. You will be required to work a standard Monday to Saturday schedule, with hours of 08:00 to 17:00.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun, with no maximum age limit
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin, with no gender restrictions
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun, with a minimum of one year of teaching experience
• Skills: Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar, Metode Pengajaran, with a strong foundation in teaching skills and methodologies

You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents. A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is also essential, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in your subject area and incorporate innovative teaching methods into your practice.
