Responsibilities

As a Pramusaji Cafe, your key responsibilities will include:

• Menyapa & Melayani: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service to ensure they feel valued and appreciated.
• Membuat Minuman & Makanan Sederhana: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including coffee, tea, and simple meals, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Menjaga Kebersihan: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe, kitchen, and dining areas, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
• Memandu: Assist customers with using our interactive tables and provide guidance on how to use the technology.
• Mengisi Konten: Contribute to creating engaging content for our social media platforms to promote the cafe and enhance our online presence.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMP/MTS/Sederajat (minimum education level of junior high school or equivalent).
• Gender: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders welcome to apply).
• Pengalaman minimal: 1 tahun (minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably as a barista or in a customer-facing role).
• Skills: Keterampilan Barista (barista skills), Berinteraksi dengan Pelanggan (customer interaction skills), and the ability to work well in a team environment.
