Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes, visiting shops, supermarkets, and independent retailers within the assigned territory.
- Introduce and promote the company’s FMCG portfolio, highlighting key product benefits and seasonal promotions.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing agents to secure repeat business.
- Manage inventory levels on‑hand, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the logistics team to replenish shelves promptly.
- Accurately record sales transactions, update customer order forms, and submit detailed daily reports to the regional supervisor.
- Communicate new product launches, price changes, and promotional campaigns to customers, ensuring they are well‑informed.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, arranging product displays in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to the sales manager.
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
