Introduction

MyRepublic, a leading provider of high‑speed broadband and digital services in Indonesia, is looking for enthusiastic and self‑motivated individuals to join our field sales team as Sales Lapangan (Direct Sales). In this role you will be the face of the brand, meeting prospective customers face‑to‑face, demonstrating the value of MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi solutions, and converting interest into long‑term subscriptions. The position offers a dynamic work environment where performance is recognised with attractive commissions and clear pathways for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct, door‑to‑door sales visits to residential and small‑business prospects within an assigned territory.
  • Present MyRepublic Wi‑Fi products, perform live demonstrations, and clearly explain pricing, features, and service benefits.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the regional manager, tracking progress through the company’s CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals, upsells, and referrals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, gather competitor intelligence, and provide feedback to the marketing team.
  • Prepare daily activity reports, update sales pipelines, and attend regular team briefings.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team to schedule installations and resolve post‑sale issues promptly.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to MyRepublic’s brand guidelines during all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Maximum age: 45 years.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey technical concepts in a simple, customer‑friendly manner.
  • Self‑driven attitude with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
  • Own a reliable motorbike or car and hold a valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within the assigned area daily.
  • Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps for order entry and GPS navigation.
  • Positive attitude, resilience in handling objections, and a genuine passion for helping customers stay connected.
