Koki/Tukang Masak

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Koki/Tukang Masak to join our team. As a Koki/Tukang Masak, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

• Preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Following recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Developing and implementing new menu ideas and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
• Managing kitchen supplies and inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resource usage
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for a candidate with excellent soft skills, including the ability to work well under pressure, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• Maximum 0 years of age (we welcome applicants of all ages)
• Any gender
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
