Responsibilities

As a Pelayan / Pelayanan, your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will be expected to work effectively as part of a team, providing support to your colleagues during peak periods and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to make informed recommendations to customers
• Working efficiently during peak periods, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to ensure that customers receive prompt service
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote our products, and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimal Pendidikan SMA/SMK/Sederajat (high school diploma or equivalent)
• Minimal 0 Tahun pengalaman (no prior experience required, but experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, even in challenging situations
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
