Spesialis Pengadaan

Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Pengadaan, your main responsibilities will include:

• Membantu mengelola proses pengadaan barang/jasa, termasuk membuat PO (Purchase Order), menghubungi vendor/supplier, mengawasi pengiriman barang, mengelola stok dan budget, dan berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain.
• Conducting market research to identify potential vendors and suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure the best possible prices and terms.
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless procurement processes.
• Analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and procurement data to identify areas for improvement and optimize procurement decisions.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, resolving procurement-related issues, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1 in a relevant field, such as Akutansi/Managemen, with a preference for candidates with experience in the F&B industry.
• Pengalaman minimal: 1 tahun in procurement or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, analisis, and managemen vendor, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and software procurement, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analisis Biaya Logistik, Analisis Harga, and Adaptasi Cepat, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed procurement decisions.
