Merchandiser Marketplace

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser Marketplace to join our team. As a Merchandiser Marketplace, you will be responsible for managing our online store in a marketplace, focusing on merchandising, promotion, and marketing. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with the marketplace’s PIC and our internal organization, as well as coordinating with various teams to drive sales and ensure the smooth operation of our online store.

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Mengelola toko di marketplace dalam hal merchandising, promosi, dan pemasaran (Managing our online store in a marketplace, focusing on merchandising, promotion, and marketing)
• Membangun hubungan baik dengan PIC marketplace dan juga organisasi internal (Building strong relationships with the marketplace’s PIC and our internal organization)
• Aktif melakukan komunikasi kepada supervisor langsung, vendor & tim produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan (Actively communicating with direct supervisors, vendors, and product teams to increase sales)
• Aktif melakukan koordinasi dengan Customer Service agar proses bisnis di operational toko dapat berjalan dengan lancer (Actively coordinating with Customer Service to ensure the smooth operation of our online store)
• Aktif mereview Laporan Account Receivable (AR) untuk memberikan hasil kinerja yang maksimal (Actively reviewing Account Receivable reports to provide maximum performance results)

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with various teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan Minimal D3/D4 (Minimum education: D3/D4)
• Usia Maksimal 30 Tahun (Maximum age: 30 years old)
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan (Gender: Female)
• Pengalaman Minimal 1 Tahun (Minimum experience: 1 year)
• Memahami basic digital marketing (Understanding basic digital marketing)
• Mempunyai notebook/laptop (Having a notebook/laptop)
• Memahami intermediate Microsoft Office (Understanding intermediate Microsoft Office)
• Mahir berjualan di marketplace (Being skilled in selling on a marketplace)
• Komunikasi Efisien (Efficient communication skills)

Additionally, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
