We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin Umum to join our dynamic team. As an Admin Umum, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Responsibilities

As an Admin Umum, your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Some of the key duties include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including maintaining records, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Developing and implementing effective administrative processes and procedures
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

In addition to these duties, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
  • Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (Note: This requirement seems to be an error, as it is unlikely that the maximum age would be 0 years. It is assumed that this should be a more reasonable age limit, such as 35 or 40 years.)
  • Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin
  • Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun
  • Kemampuan:
    • Communicative and able to work effectively with others
    • Honest and responsible, with a strong work ethic
    • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

In terms of soft skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. You will also need to be highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
