Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Analyst in Corporate Finance to join our finance team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who possess a strong foundation in accounting and taxation, and who are eager to apply their analytical skills in a fast‑paced corporate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing unit‑level financial statements, conducting thorough reconciliations, and supporting internal audit activities. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing a stable routine for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for assigned business units, ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
  • Perform detailed financial reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and working with relevant departments to resolve them efficiently.
  • Assist internal and external auditors during audit cycles by supplying required documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
  • Maintain and update financial models in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to support forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the tax department to ensure proper tax accounting treatment and timely filing of tax obligations.
  • Monitor key financial performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to senior finance managers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes, recommending automation tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
  • Age: Candidate must be 35 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the hiring criteria).
  • Experience: Entry‑level; no prior professional experience required, though internships or academic projects in finance are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Google Sheets.
    • Familiarity with standard accounting software and business applications.
    • Understanding of financial statements, general ledger, and cash flow management.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
    • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach to tasks.
    • Effective communication skills for liaising with cross‑functional teams.
    • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
