Asisten Koki

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asisten Koki (Cooking Assistant) to join our team. Responsibilities

As an Asisten Koki, your primary responsibilities will include assisting our head chef and other kitchen staff in food preparation, presentation, and plating. You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. Your duties will include:

• Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
• Assisting with food presentation and plating
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Receiving and storing food deliveries, managing inventory, and minimizing waste
• Participating in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen operations improvement initiatives

In addition to these technical skills, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and time management. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (preferably with a focus on culinary arts)
• Age: 19-30 years old

• Minimum experience: 1 year in the culinary industry (6 months to 1 year of experience preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility
