Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet each customer with a warm smile, listen attentively to their needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Product Consultation: Offer personalized advice on skincare, makeup, and body care items, assessing skin type and concerns to recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Product Knowledge Delivery: Clearly explain the benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions of each product, staying up‑to‑date through regular brand training sessions.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals by employing upselling, cross‑selling, and promotional strategies that match customer preferences.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an organized, attractive product display, ensuring stock levels are optimal and promotional materials are correctly positioned.
• Administrative Duties: Process transactions accurately, update customer records, and assist in inventory checks to support smooth store operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow advisors and managers, sharing insights from customer interactions to improve overall store performance.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Age: 18‑28 years old, with a preference for candidates who are energetic and eager to learn.
• Gender: Female (as per company policy for this position).
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong interest in the beauty industry are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
