We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Eksekutif Penjualan Makanan Beku (Frozen Food Sales Executive). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new customers, and increasing revenue through the sale of our frozen food products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from small restaurants to large supermarkets, and develop strong relationships with them to increase sales and customer loyalty. Responsibilities

As an Eksekutif Penjualan Makanan Beku, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring new customers and increasing sales revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, including revenue (GMV) and product acceleration targets
  • Conducting regular visits to customers and prospects to build relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and provide excellent customer service
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including sales reports, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales support teams and product managers, to stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales initiatives
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase sales and market share in assigned territories, including Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Pusat, and Depok

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, and use this knowledge to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
  • Minimum experience: 1 year in sales, preferably in the frozen food industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions to sales challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to work in Ciracas, Jakarta Timur, and travel to other areas as required
