We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Collector to join our dynamic team in Denpasar. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our credit management department, responsible for engaging with customers directly in the field to secure timely payments and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities

Conduct on‑site collection activities by visiting customers’ residences or businesses to discuss outstanding balances.
Negotiate payment arrangements, offering flexible solutions while adhering to company policies.
Collect payments in cash or through authorized electronic methods and issue receipts promptly.
Prepare detailed visit reports, documenting customer interactions, payment outcomes, and any follow‑up actions required.
Monitor and update the collection database to ensure accurate tracking of accounts and outstanding amounts.
Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets set by the supervisor.
Identify and report any potential fraud, disputes, or issues that may affect the collection process.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company’s brand positively in the community.

Requirements

Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in field collections; 2 years preferred.
Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorbike.
Thorough knowledge of the Denpasar area and surrounding neighborhoods.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for accurate reporting.
