Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Mata Pelajaran untuk SD/MI to join our vibrant teaching team in the Kaliwungu area. This full‑time position is ideal for passionate Muslim women who are eager to inspire young learners in elementary school (SD/MI) environments. The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and welcomes both recent graduates and active university students who meet the qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for core subjects such as Bahasa Indonesia, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, aligned with the national curriculum.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods, including group activities, educational games, and multimedia resources, to foster a love of learning.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom environment that respects cultural and religious values, especially those of the Muslim community.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administrators to develop school‑wide initiatives, extracurricular programs, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Prepare weekly reports on student performance and communicate any concerns or achievements to parents in a timely manner.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and community outreach activities to continuously improve instructional skills.
- Ensure all teaching materials, attendance records, and student files are accurately documented and stored according to school policies.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Religion: Must be a practicing Muslimah.
- Age: Minimum 21 years old.
- Residence: Must reside in Kaliwungu or surrounding areas.
- Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) preferred; however, candidates with at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK/Sederajat) are also considered.
- Student Status: Active university students are welcome to apply.
- Experience: No prior teaching experience required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
