Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat Matematika dan Bahasa Inggris Profesional to join our growing team of private educators in the Ringinsari area of Kandat. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality, personalized instruction to early‑year learners (TK A) in fundamental literacy and numeracy (Calistung). The ideal candidate will combine strong subject knowledge with a nurturing teaching style, helping children build confidence and a solid foundation for future academic success.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for Math and English that align with the Calistung curriculum for TK A students.
Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group tutoring sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 16:00, ensuring each child receives individualized attention.
Assess student progress through informal observations, quizzes, and parent feedback, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
Maintain clear and timely communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s performance, attendance, and any areas requiring additional support.
Prepare and organize teaching materials, manipulatives, and digital resources to enhance interactive learning.
Collaborate with fellow tutors and the center’s coordinators to share best practices and contribute to curriculum improvements.
Uphold a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that respects cultural diversity and promotes positive behavior.
Adhere to the center’s schedule, arriving punctually for the 08:00 – 17:00 workday, and completing any required administrative tasks such as lesson logs and attendance records.

Requirements

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Gender: Female (as per client preference for this specific class).
Age: No upper limit; candidates should be energetic and able to relate to young learners.
Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; a passion for teaching and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key skills: Strong communication, patience, creativity in lesson delivery, and the ability to develop teaching competencies (Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar).
Location: Must be able to commute to Ringinsari, Kandat for the scheduled tutoring sessions.
Availability: Able to work the designated days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) at 16:00 and maintain a full‑time presence Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 for preparation and coordination.
