Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled live streaming sessions on various social media platforms, adhering to the agreed‑upon broadcast calendar.
- Engage viewers actively by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering a lively, inclusive atmosphere.
- Continuously improve on‑air performance by incorporating feedback, experimenting with new formats, and applying best‑practice streaming techniques.
- Perform pre‑show preparation including content planning, scriptwriting, and technical checks (audio, video, lighting).
- Analyze post‑stream metrics (viewer count, engagement rate, watch time) to refine future broadcasts and report insights to the production team.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop themed segments, contests, and interactive polls that boost audience participation.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera presence, demonstrating confidence, clear diction, and appropriate body language.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all content remains non‑commercial (no product selling) unless explicitly authorized.
- Stay updated on emerging streaming trends, platform algorithm changes, and audience preferences to keep the channel competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a live streaming host or similar on‑camera role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Indonesian; basic proficiency in English is required.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera, with a natural ability to entertain and inform.
- Experience with major live‑streaming platforms (Bigo, Mico, Nimo TV, TikTok, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
- Creative mindset, capable of generating fresh ideas for content, challenges, and audience interaction.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Must not engage in direct product sales during streams unless specifically authorized by management.
