Responsibilities

• Provide professional makeup application for weddings, events, photo shoots, and daily wear, tailoring each look to the client’s preferences and skin type.
• Perform hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, braiding, and up‑do creation, using industry‑standard techniques.
• Greet clients warmly, conduct initial consultations to understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Manage appointment scheduling, handle phone and online inquiries, and ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking product usage, restocking supplies, and reporting low‑stock items.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, product launches, and promotional events to stay current with beauty trends.
• Document client preferences and service history in the salon’s CRM system to enhance personalized service.
• Collaborate with fellow stylists, reception staff, and management to create a cohesive and welcoming salon atmosphere.
• Uphold the salon’s brand standards, promoting a positive image both in‑store and on social media platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

• No prior experience required, though experience in beauty or cosmetology is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of work enthusiasm.
• Willingness to sign a contract and participate in comprehensive training programs.

• Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during special events.
