Kepala Shift SPX Express

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kepala Shift SPX Express to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of goods receipt, storage, and delivery. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all logistics operations are carried out efficiently, effectively, and safely.

Responsibilities

As a Kepala Shift SPX Express, your main duties will include:

• Membuat jadwal untuk proses pengambilan barang oleh kurir (Creating schedules for the courier pickup process)
• Mengawasi proses pengiriman/pengambilan barang (Supervising the shipping and receiving process)
• Menentukan zona pengiriman/pengambilan barang (Determining the shipping and receiving zones)
• Mengawasi proses masuk dan keluar barang hingga ke bagian 3PL (penyedia jasa logistik)/kurir (Supervising the entry and exit of goods to the 3PL logistics provider/courier)
• Mengawasi proses penyortiran dan distribusi barang (Supervising the sorting and distribution of goods)

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to work collaboratively with other teams, including logistics, operations, and customer service, to ensure that all aspects of the logistics process are running smoothly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Memiliki ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma, atau Gelar Sarjana di bidang apapun (Having a high school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in any field)
• Memiliki 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang logistik/supply chain atau sejenis (Having 1-2 years of experience in logistics/supply chain or related fields)
• Memahami seluruh proses dalam pergudangan dan pengiriman (Understanding the entire process of warehousing and shipping)
• Bersedia untuk bekerja dalam shift (Willing to work in shifts)
• Domisili atau bersedia ditempatkan di Lobalain, Kab. Rote Ndao, Nusa Tenggara Timur (Residing or willing to be placed in Lobalain, Kab. Rote Ndao, Nusa Tenggara Timur)

Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
