We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manajer Cabang to lead our team in one of our 8 locations: Jakarta, Palembang, Banjarmasin, Bandung, Surabaya, Jogja, Denpasar, or Makassar. As a Manajer Cabang, you will be responsible for managing a team of Leader, MERi, and Sales to ensure the successful completion of work tickets and sales of POS products in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of Leader, MERi, and Sales to ensure the successful completion of work tickets and sales of POS products
  • Monitoring the daily performance of the MERi and Sales teams, including the completion of work tickets and sales targets
  • Setting daily targets (PM and Sales) in an objective and measurable way for the MERi and Sales teams
  • Being fully responsible for meeting the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for work tickets and sales targets
  • Monitoring and escalating urgent tickets to ensure timely completion
  • Analyzing and mapping/remapping the MERi population to ensure even distribution and proactively proposing additional MERi if the area is overloaded
  • Identifying new business opportunities in the area through strategic product offerings
  • Maintaining relationships with priority merchants using POS products and engaging with regional offices/branch clients
  • Supporting product socialization and education activities and having in-depth product knowledge of POS products

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience, with a background in the B2B industry, preferably in digital cash register applications (POS), payment gateways, or banking (particularly in the EDC/QRIS/Merchant Acquisition division)
  • Experience in selling products with upfront payment systems
  • Proven ability to restructure teams or build teams from scratch
  • Achievable sales targets in the form of nominal or omzet
  • Strong management skills, including team management, sales management, and performance analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

We offer a competitive working schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
