Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new funding opportunities from corporate, institutional, and high‑net‑worth individual clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote our financing products, including loan packages, credit lines, and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking events, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals that meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with product development, risk management, and compliance teams to tailor financial offerings to client needs while ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Prepare detailed proposals, financial models, and performance reports for senior management review.
- Mentor junior sales staff, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging financing instruments to keep the organization ahead of industry shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Ensure all activities are performed within the stipulated working hours (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–16:00) and comply with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing funding, sales, or business development within the banking or financial sector. Fresh graduates may apply for a junior position.
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage a wide network of contacts and an extensive client database – considered a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English are preferred.
- Professional appearance, well‑groomed, and ability to represent the company with credibility.
- Strong target orientation; ability to work under pressure and meet strict performance goals.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle and hold at least a SIM C driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
