Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new card‑loan customers through proactive prospecting, networking events, and community outreach.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing borrowers, providing timely assistance and upselling complementary banking products.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and documentation checks in line with Bank Mega’s risk policies.
  • Guide applicants through the loan application process, ensuring all required forms, identification, and supporting documents are accurately completed.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and compliance teams to guarantee that every loan meets regulatory standards and internal controls.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, achieve performance targets, and share best practices with peers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on prospecting activities, conversion rates, and portfolio performance for senior management.
  • Operate under a shift schedule when required, providing flexible service coverage to meet customer demand.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends in the Medan region.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or S1 degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, SPG/SPB, or customer service within the financial sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, presentable appearance.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating discipline, diligence, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Open to current university students who can balance work with studies (online or part‑time).
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with banking software is advantageous.
