Responsibilities

As a Partner Bisnis Lapangan Ciamis, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mencari potensi nasabah baru untuk diajak bergabung mengikuti program peminjaman modal di Amartha, which involves identifying and acquiring new clients for our loan programs.
• Melakukan pendampingan ekonomi rumah tangga terhadap anggota layanan, which requires providing economic guidance and support to our clients.
• Melakukan survei dan analisis kelayakan aplikasi pembiayaan dengan mengacu pada sistem & prosedur persyaratan dan kebijakan pembiayaan, which involves conducting surveys and analyzing the feasibility of loan applications based on our systems and procedures.
• Melakukan proses penagihan ke nasabah amartha, which requires managing the collection process for our clients.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to work closely with our team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat, which means you should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Usia: Maksimal 33 Tahun, which means you should be no older than 33 years old.
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin, which means we welcome applications from all genders.
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun, which means we welcome applications from candidates with little to no experience.
