We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pembuat Kopi Profesional to join our team. As a professional coffee maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

As a Pembuat Kopi Profesional, your primary duties will include:

• Preparing high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
• Operating and maintaining coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling customer complaints
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Developing and implementing new coffee drink recipes and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
• Participating in ongoing training and education to improve coffee-making skills and knowledge

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for candidates with excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and time management. You should be able to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia maksimal 0 Tahun (we welcome candidates of all ages)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (we are an equal opportunities employer)
• Pengalaman minimal 0 Tahun (no experience necessary, as training will be provided)
• Keterampilan Barista (barista skills are essential for this role)
• Bersedia bekerja full time (you should be available to work full-time hours)
• Berperilaku baik, disiplin (you should have good behavior and discipline)
