Pengajar Biologi

Responsibilities

As a Pengajar Biologi, your primary responsibility will be to teach biology to students of various ages and skill levels. You will be expected to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide feedback to help students improve their understanding of the subject. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective teaching methods and strategies to promote student learning
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their academic goals
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in biology and education, and applying this knowledge to improve your teaching practices

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also be expected to participate in school events and activities, such as parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1 in a relevant field, such as biology, education, or a related field
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from candidates of all ages)
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan (we are an equal opportunities employer, but this role is only open to female candidates)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun of teaching experience, preferably in a biology or science-related field
• Skills: Pengembangan Metode Pembelajaran, Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar, Pemahaman Pendidikan
• Other requirements include:
• Belum Menikah (single)
• Mahasiswi / lulusan s1 / s2 (currently studying or have completed a degree)
• Berpakaian rapi & sopan (dressing neatly and modestly)
• Memiliki kendaraan sendiri (having your own transportation)
• Memahami Materi TK / SD / MI / SMP / MTs (having a good understanding of the curriculum for various age groups)
• Mehamahi Metode, Media, dan Strategi Pembelajaran (having a good understanding of teaching methods, media, and strategies)
• Bertanggung jawab dan profesional (being responsible and professional)
• Siap di tempatkan area kota batu (being willing to work in the Kota Batu area)
• Tidak sedang sibuk skipsi (not being too busy with other commitments)
• Bisa mengaji minimal memahami hukum tajwid (having a basic understanding of Quranic recitation and tajwid rules)
