Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning: Design, organise, and adapt engaging teaching materials that align with our mental arithmetic methodology.
• Instruction Delivery: Conduct interactive, student‑centred classes (13:00‑17:00, Monday‑Saturday) that encourage active participation and rapid mental calculation.
• Progress Evaluation: Monitor each learner’s development, administer formative assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Training & Development: Attend regular upgrading workshops, share best practices with peers, and integrate new techniques into daily instruction.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate attendance logs, assessment results, and lesson notes in our digital management system.
• Parental Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to parents regarding their child’s performance and suggest strategies for home practice.
• Safety & Logistics: Ensure a safe learning environment, prepare the classroom before each session, and arrive punctually using personal transportation.
• Community Involvement: Participate in outreach events, open houses, and promotional activities that showcase the benefits of mental arithmetic.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Mathematics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Age: 28 years old or younger.
