Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential partners, focusing on women from low‑ to middle‑income households who are interested in starting or expanding a micro‑business.
- Organize and facilitate the formation of productive groups, typically consisting of ten (10) women, to enable collective borrowing and mutual support.
- Assess creditworthiness, process loan applications, and disburse working‑capital loans in accordance with company policies.
- Provide regular coaching and mentorship to borrowers, covering topics such as financial management, marketing, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with all partners, ensuring open communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Collect loan repayments by organizing bi‑weekly meetings, monitoring payment schedules, and reporting collection performance to management.
- Document field activities, update the company’s CRM system, and prepare weekly progress reports for supervisors.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as risk, product development, and training—to continuously improve the group‑lending model.
- Participate in community events and outreach programs to raise awareness of Bina Artha Ventura’s financing solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic marketing and problem‑solving abilities to promote loan products and address borrower challenges.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a customer‑service mindset.
- Proficiency with smartphones and basic office software; willingness to learn the company’s loan management system.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and handle a dynamic schedule (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00).
