Introduction
PT. Maju Bersama (MVO) is expanding its sales and verification team in Palembang and is looking for a motivated Petugas Marketing & Verifikasi. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy building relationships with dealers and customers, and are driven by clear sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to promote a portfolio of multi‑product offerings while ensuring that prospective customers meet the company’s eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers, distributors, and end‑customers, to foster trust and repeat business.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales of multiple products, tailoring proposals to the specific needs and financial capacity of each prospect.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and on‑site surveys to assess the feasibility and creditworthiness of potential customers.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and verification outcomes for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with regional market trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product specifications, regulatory changes, and sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Utilize a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C to travel efficiently across Palembang and surrounding areas for client visits and field verification.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) from any discipline.
- Preferably 0‑2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer verification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
- Ownership of a reliable motorcycle and a valid Class C driver’s license (SIM C).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) is an advantage.
