Responsibilities

As a Petugas Pemasaran Kredit Syariah, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting visits to potential customers to verify data and explain the terms and conditions of our financial products and services
• Collecting and processing customer documents required for credit applications
• Preparing and submitting survey reports to the head of surveyor
• Reminding customers of their installment payments
• Engaging in promotional activities such as marketing, direct selling, and sales
• Ensuring that all credit document processes are in accordance with relevant regulations

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to possess a strong understanding of our financial products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Age: No age limit

• Minimum experience: 1 year
• Skills: Customer relationship management, sales analysis
• Special requirements: Must have a motor vehicle and an active SIM C, no history of debt, and a guarantor residing in the same area as the applicant
