Petugas Pemasaran

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Petugas Pemasaran to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our financial products and services to potential customers, conducting surveys to assess their eligibility for loans, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities

As a Petugas Pemasaran, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and approaching potential customers to offer our loan products and services
• Conducting surveys to assess the eligibility of customers for loans and providing recommendations for approval or rejection
• Meeting sales targets and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new business opportunities

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to work independently, using your own vehicle and SIM C, to travel to customer locations and conduct business. You will also be expected to work a standard Monday to Saturday schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1 (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Usia: Maksimal Tidak ada batas usia Tahun (No age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (All genders welcome)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (No experience required, but previous sales experience is an advantage)
• MEMILIKI KENDARAAN PRIBADI DAN SIM C (Must have a personal vehicle and SIM C)
• SIAP BEKERJA TARGET SLIK BAGUS/ TIDAK PERNAH KREDIT MACET (Must be willing to work towards sales targets and have a good credit history)
• MENCARI KONSUMEN UNTUK MENAWARKAN PINJAMAN DANA DAN SURVEY KELAYAKAN KONSUMEN (Must be able to find customers to offer loan products and services and conduct surveys to assess their eligibility)
• Skills: Manajemen Negosiasi (Must have strong negotiation and management skills)
