Responsibilities

As a Praktisi Penjualan Toko, your main responsibilities will include:

• Melayani pelanggan yang datang ke area counter toko, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Menawarkan dan menjual produk handphone serta berbagai perangkat elektronik, meeting sales targets and promoting products to customers.
• Memberikan penjelasan mengenai spesifikasi, fitur, dan harga produk kepada pelanggan, providing accurate and detailed product information.
• Membantu pelanggan dalam memilih produk sesuai kebutuhan, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Melakukan proses transaksi penjualan secara langsung di toko, handling sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Menjaga kerapihan dan kebersihan area counter serta display produk, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Memastikan ketersediaan stok produk di area penjualan, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, participate in training and development programs, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Usia: Maksimal 30 Tahun, with a maximum age of 30 years old.
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan, with a preference for female candidates.
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun, with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the gadget industry.
• Memiliki kemampuan melayani pelanggan dengan baik, with excellent customer service skills.
• Siap bekerja dengan sistem shift & mengikuti jam operasional outlet, with flexibility to work varying shifts and hours.
• Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab, with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity.

Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
